The RoboCrib1000, a smaller version of the original RoboCrib2000, is a system based upon a series of counter
rotating carousels that provide access to over 1000 items through one of 15 automated doors in less than 10 seconds.
Unlike many point-of-use dispensing machines, the RoboCrib1000 manages issue and return transactions of both fast and
slow moving items in a high security environment. This platform has been designed for use in smaller areas and can fit
through a standard doorway.
Users enter information through a touch screen, which is equipped with a powerful keyword search capability. Items are
delivered by individual pie shaped bin sizes vary from 2" x 3" x 4" high to a full 12" circular tray. Its circular trays
are available in; 1/12, 1/6, 1/4, 1/3, 1/2 and full pie configurations. The RoboCrib1000 easily accommodates such items
as gloves, welding supplies, MRO items, tools and much more. The system has been specifically designed to dispense large
or delicate items that are not easily dispensed from traditional tool vending machines while eliminating the need for
individual repackaging. System users gain unparalleled flexibility and product density in a 3' x 3' footprint with a
weight capacity in excess of 1000 pounds. RoboCrib1000 has the ability to run as a stand-alone unit or become part of a
larger automated tool crib system.
