Problem:

An engineering design and production job shop had small production runs - and numerous changes in jobs. All of those constant changes left them with high obsolete tool costs.

Solution:

Through AutoCrib's Distributor Placement Program, have a distributor place two AutoCrib dispensing stations at two locations in the plant. The distributor automatically restocks the dispensing stations. This would allow the distributor to remove tools considered obsolete by the job shop - and provide those tools to other customers.
