Katie Davis
Customer Service Manager
Katie Davis coordinates all implementations, computer configurations, database creation, custom reports, and on-site training for new customers. Customers submit an Excel spreadsheet of employees, items to be managed, jobs, departments, budgets - whatever tracking and control categories desired. Katie then creates the database that ties all of these elements together. That database is loaded into the AutoCrib Software (Client/Server or AutoCrib.net), and will manage access to all AutoCrib products.
Every new AutoCrib software purchase now includes 2 complimentary custom reports, and Ms. Davis develops those custom reports for customers.
Katie became Customer Service Manager in 2008. She has also held the positions of Technical Support Manager, and Technical Support Representative with AutoCrib, and has been with the company since June 2002.
Ms. Davis has a bachelor's degree in Business Management Information Systems from California State University Long Beach.
